Dear sir/madam

Our company is considering a two-night seminar at your Hotel-Spa that would involve meetings during the day and relaxing in the evening. We would like to book for 17-19 March. There would be 12 participants.

I should be grateful if you could confirm the availability of the rooms and send a quotation on a full board basis.

Could you also give an indication of your rates for body treatments?

Yours faithfully,

Jim Davis

Dear sir, madam

I am writing regarding my recent visit to your spa on the 15 January. When I arrived I was told that the massage therapist was late and that I would have to wait a short amount of time for my first treatment. I ended up waiting 40 minutes.

When I used the changing suites, the floor was wet and a bit dirty. As a result, I slipped and broke a fingernail. When I told the staff about what had happened they were unfriendly and advised me to wear slippers. But the slippers are not included in the price.

To conclude I am highly dissatisfied with my experience at your spa and won’t recommend it to my friends.

Yours faithfully,

Bree Van de Kamp
